Welcome Aboard The Pieces of Eight

Ft. Myers Beach, Florida

Join the friendly pirates aboard the Pieces of Eight pirate ship pillaging and plundering the Gulf of Mexico from the shores of Fort Myers Beach.

Pieces of Eight is a 90 minute swashbuckling pirate show aboard a 65ft replica Spanish galleon. Buccaneers young and old will experience a real-life pirate voyage back through the Golden Age of Piracy and have a jolly roger of a good time on this “fun for all ages” interactive attraction.

Let our friendly and sometimes downright scurvy crew of costumed pirates entertain you while enjoying a sail around the intracoastal islands and pristine beaches of Southwest Florida.

We sailed Pieces of Eight with our grandsons aged 2 and 5 and had a wonderful afternoon! Our two year old was a little intimidated at first but soon learned that these pirates were very friendly and funny! The boys loved getting their faces painted and tatoos painted and they enjoyed the puppet show and games. There were many opportunities for the children to get a share of Pirate treasure, although the five year old threw some of his' jewels' overboard because he was afraid they were cursed. The cost of the trip was a little high and there were requests for additional tips for the crew so take some extra cash. All in all it was an awesome time and I would recommend the trip for any family with young children. Ahrrrrr!
